Hubert Odell “Shorty” Wise Jr., went to be with his lord and savior on January 27, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn R. Wise; daughter, Tanya H.M. Gwinn; sons and daughter-in-law, James E Wise, Caleb M. Wise (Danielle). There are no services planned at this time.
