WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS MORNING…
* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations of a tenth to two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE…Pulaski, Carroll, Floyd, Montgomery and Roanoke Counties.
* WHEN…Until 9 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
