Winter Lights & Holiday Parade Road Closings: December 6
Holiday Parade: The annual Blacksburg Holiday parade will be held on Friday, December 6 at 7:30pm. The parade will begin on North Main Street at the Turner Street intersection and will continue south on Main Street through downtown, ending on Eheart Street. The parade will begin at 7:30pm, Main Street and all intersections along the parade route will close at 7:15pm. Turner Street NW will be closed to through traffic starting at 6pm to accommodate the parade lineup.
Winter Lights & Tuba Christmas
Downtown Blacksburg’s Winter Lights & Tuba Christmas will be held on Friday, December 6 on College Avenue from 3-8pm. College Avenue will be closed beginning at 3pm and parking will be discontinued beginning at 11am.
