Williams, Franklin Elbert 4Franklin Elbert Williams entered into his eternity on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family and many friends. Franklin was born in Bristol, Virginia on February 1 in 1938 and was the son of Ray Williams and Lola Mae Ball Williams.

Franklin loved his country so much that he served in the United States Army where he was trained as a Marksman. Upon his completion of Active Duty, he served in the Army Reserves.

Franklin was preceded by a son; Franklin Elbert Williams Jr. Sisters; Charlotte Cross and Ruby Worley. Brothers; Ted Williams, Charles Williams, Jim Williams, June Williams, Donald Williams and Bill Williams.

Surviving Franklin, is his loving wife of 60 years; Martha Jean Williams. Two daughters; Mary Wright and Carrie (Rick) Reeves. A brother; Marvin Williams of Tampa Fl.

Franklin also leaves to cherish his memories 9 grandchildren; Jason (Kristen) Clark, Ashley (Ben) Eads, David (Morgan) Wright, Morgan (Tamra) Williams, Sara (James) Reynolds, Dylan Williams, Ali (Brian) Beaubouf, Karleigh Delp and Summer Delp. 5 great grandchildren; Ethan Clark, Addy Mitchell, Olivia Williams, Adeline Williams, Chase Everette Williams and Emery Wright. Along with a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 in the chapel of Norris Stevens Funeral Home located at 815 Randolph Avenue in Pulaski.

A funeral will take place on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 11:00 in Norris Stevens Funeral Home with a committal service (with military honors) at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
