Wickline, Hazel Poff

Hazel P. Wickline, age 91 of Elliston, died Thursday, January 22, 2026, at New River Valley Medical Center. She was born in Floyd County, Virginia, on January 12, 1935, to the late William Ivor and Velvia McNeil Poff. She is preceded in death by a son, Scotty Collins, a brother, Irvin Poff, and a sister, Josephine Poff.

She is survived by her sons, Larry Collins, Ricky Collins, Ranny Collins, and Michael Wickline; sister, Juanita Shepherd; brothers, Linwood Poff, and Paul Poff; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 1:00 pm in the Shawsville Congregation Holiness Church with Rev. Ricky Collins and Rev. Frankie Graham officiating. Interment will follow in the Shawsville Congregation Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm before the service.
