Whitlock, Valerie Hall

Valerie Hall Whitlock, age 58, of Shawsville, Virginia, graduated to Heaven, Monday, August 12, 2024. She was born in Christiansburg, Virginia on November 16, 1965. She was preceded in death by her father Cecil R. Hall, Sr., and a brother-in-law, Eddie Davis.

She is survived by her daughters, Crystal Wirt and Bridget Wirt; mother, Patricia R. Hall; sisters, Priscilla “Penny” Davis and Sandy Davis (Dale); brother, Cecil R. Hall, Jr. (Rhonda); grandchildren, Shae Davis, Michael Twiggs, Jr., Isabella “Izzy” Tinsley, Emma Hinkley, and Charlie Whitlock.

A memorial service will be conducted Friday, August 23, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Seneca Baptist Church with Pastor John Collins officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:00 in the evening at Seneca Baptist Church.
