Trenor, Diane Bishop

Diane Bishop Trenor, age 76, of Newport, VA, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Diane leaves behind her loving husband of 55 years, Ty Trenor; two daughters, Michelle Long and Tina Trenor; three grandchildren, Colton Long, Billy Long, and Josie Long; her sister Maybelle McNeil (Winston); and countless other close family and friends.

Diane was born on January 15, 1948. She loved Jesus, her family, and so many others like they were family. She was like a second mom to some and known as Maw Maw to so many others over the years that she dearly loved as if they were her own.

She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Brian Long (Michelle), and her parents Edsel and Frances Bishop.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 2pm, with visitation from 1-2pm at McCoy Funeral Home in Blacksburg VA, and to be officiated by Pastor Craig Reed. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg VA.
