Stone-Vaughn, Alechia Mae

Alechia Mae Stone-Vaughn, 56, of Christiansburg VA. passed away on March 24, 2023. She is preceded in death by parents James Lester William Stone and Nellie Mae Long Stone. Grandparents William (Bill) and Nell Stone, Irine and Carl William Long.

Alechia is survived by her husband Michael Vaughn, son Matthew William Stone, daughter Scarlett Lee Kirkpatrick, brother James William Stone and wife Debbie Carol Stone, stepson Mitchell Trollinger. As well as many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Alechia loved her family, music, her dogs, the beach and especially helping people which sparked her desire to become a social worker. She earned her Masters in social work from Walden University.

A celebration of her life will be on Saturday April 1, 2023 at 3:00 at Horne Funeral Home.
