Sowers, Marvin Wayne

Marvin Wayne Sowers, age 83, of Christiansburg, died, Sunday, January 14, 2024. He was born in Blacksburg, Virginia on March 31, 1940, to the late Mowyer and Ruth Matherly Sowers. He was also preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Sowers and his brother Garland Sowers.

He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Donald and Linda Sowers; sister-in-law Margaret Sowers; nieces and nephews Eric Sowers, Crystal Gilbert, Sylvia Caldwell, Eddie Sowers, Roy Sowers, and Mark Sowers.

A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 11:00 am in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Shake Smith officiating.
