Ralph Andrew Sheffey, Jr., 78, of New River, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Andrew Sheffey, Sr. and Onnie Belle Elliott Sheffey; and his brother, Odell Sheffey.

Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Joseph L. Sheffey (Jeanette); nieces, Jody Jeffries and Janel Sheffey; grandniece, Asia Jeffries; special friends, Tim Cochran and Randy Miles; and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 1 until 2 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. with Tim Cochran officiating. Inurnment will follow in New River Cemetery in New River.
