Senior Living Seminars Planned

Commonwealth Senior Living at Christiansburg and Commonwealth Senior Living at Radford will be hosting two free seminars in November. The seminars, Creating a Season of Joy, will provide valuable insights on preventing caregiver burnout and minimizing stress, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—spending quality time with your loved ones and celebrating cherished traditions.

When you’re responsible for the wellbeing of an elderly loved one, you may find yourself faced with making difficult decisions about their healthcare or choosing to move Mom or Dad into a senior living community. As the holidays approach, you may worry about having enough time for them, let alone yourself. Situations like these can put a strain on relationships and feelings of guilt can arise.
