Keith Donald Hughes was last seen on November 17, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of Old Airport Road in Bristol, VA. He is possibly wearing a grey jacket, bright blue shoes, grey shorts, and a white shirt. He is possibly driving a maroon 2019 Kia Sorento with TN license plate 106-BCKB. Mr. Hughes suffers from a cognitive impairment that poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
