Ryburn, Rebecca Willard

Rebecca Willard Ryburn, 68 years old of Blacksburg Virginia, passed away on Thursday, the 26th of March 2026. She is survived by her Mother, Clara Willard, her brother Kevin, her son, Matthew Ryburn and her husband of 47 years, James T Ryburn. She is predeceased by her Father, Garry Willard and her brother, Steve Willard.

She is a veteran and served in the Air Force from 1975 to 1979. She met her husband in the Air Force and continued her association with the Air Force as a spouse for another 24 years. She has lived in Korea, Germany, Okinawa, the United Arab Emirates, and India. She was an avid traveler and photographer. She was a beekeeper. And she created stained glass art.

Service will be graveside at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin Virginia on Thursday, 2 April at 1PM. She will be buried with military honors
