Rezoning for Property Around 801 N. Main Street 2RZN-25-3-A rezoning amendment request has been submitted to RZN-24-2/ORD 2062 (approved March 11, 2025) that rezoned the property around 801 North Main Street, Kabrich Street, Winston Avenue and Progress Street to PR Planned Residential. The rezoning amendment (RZN-25-3) to RZN-24-2 adds the Speedway gas station property at 825 North Main Street to the property development proposal. It includes construction of up to 869 bedrooms.

There is a companion request to vacate a town-owned alley and additional right-of-way (ROW-25-1)
