Overton, Cynthia Winston

Cynthia W. Overton 81 of New Castle, VA passed away after a courageous 22-year battle with cancer. She was a true fighter every step of the way who never met a stranger. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, and mentor.

She is proceeded in death by her parents Henry and Carrie Winston, mother and father-in-law Elizabeth and Carson Overton, Grandson Joshua Horn, and Great Granddaughter Ophilia Horn.

Left to carry on her love and memory is the love of her life Jerry Overton. Children: Lynn Horn and Punch Whye, Joseph and Kim Garst, Rebecca and Andy Frango. Granddaughter-in-law: Abbey Horn Grandchildren: Tyler Garst and Sara Littlejohn, Alex Horn and Kristal Williams, Logan Garst and Anissa Aguirre, Dyanna and Scott Utterback, and Dylan Frango. Great-grandchildren: Ember Horn, River Horn, Atlas Horn, Ezra Horn and Willow Horn.
