New Year’s Day Schedules

Blacksburg: Sunday, December 31
Blacksburg Transit will operate on Reduced Service
The Blacksburg Community Center will be closed.
The Blacksburg Aquatic Center will be open regular hours.
Monday, January 1
All town administrative offices will be closed.
The Blacksburg Community Center and Aquatic Center will be closed.
There will be no Blacksburg Transit service.
There will be no trash pickup in the SE quadrant. Makeup service will be Wednesday, January 3. Please have all materials to the curb by 7am.

Christiansburg: In observance of the New Year, Town Hall will be closed on Monday, Jan. 1.

The Aquatic and Recreation Centers will be closed Sunday, Dec. 31 and Monday, Jan. 1.

Solid waste and recycling normally scheduled for Monday, Jan. 1, will be collected Tuesday, Jan. 2 along with Tuesday’s regular collection.

Radford: Monday, January 1 trash collected on Tuesday, January 2.
*Please have garbage ready for collection by 7:30 a.m.
Drop Center Closed: January 1.
