New managing broker at Coldwell Banker Townside
Coldwell Banker Townside, REALTORS® is excited to announce the latest addition to their New River Valley team. Kelly Griffin has joined the local real estate brokerage as the Managing Broker of their Blacksburg, VA office.
Griffin takes on this role with nearly a decade in the real estate business in addition to her background in law and hospitality. She will partner with the Coldwell Banker Townside leadership team in their Christiansburg, Pearisburg, and Roanoke offices to capitalize on her deep passion for service and building relationships with the people and communities across the New River Valley (NRV).
Griffin was born and raised in the Northeast but moved to the NRV over 10 years ago with her (now) husband while he finished his degree at Virginia Tech. While they initially planned to return to the Philadelphia area, they quickly fell in love with our beautiful region and community, deciding to make a life here.
Throughout her real estate career, Griffin has consistently demonstrated her leadership abilities, serving as President of the NRV Association of Realtors in 2022 and 2023. She has also held numerous committee positions at both local and state levels and is a proud 2022 graduate of the prestigious Virginia Leadership Academy.
