Multiple Shootings Under Investigation in Radford

On January 24, 2021 at 1:08 a.m. the Radford City Police Department responded to the 100 block of Madison Street in reference to a report of shots fired.

At 1:22 a.m. units were then dispatched to the 400 block of Sanford Street for an additional report of shots fired. Upon arrival there was one gunshot victim located and the victim was transported to New River Valley Medical Center.

Radford City Police Department is actively investigating both scenes and the incidents appear to be connected.
