The Independence Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 36-year-old female. Danielle Joy Workman was last seen in Independence, VA on September 27th, 2023. According to her mother, Danielle was dropped off at her apartment by a friend and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Danielle left behind her pets, something she would never do. She has a tattoo on her back with wings on it. She has a medical condition and may be in need of medical attention. Her family is concerned for her well-being.
