Memorial Day Closures and Schedule Changes

The following Montgomery County offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, May 31, in observance of Memorial Day:
County Administrative offices
Animal Care and Adoption Center
Health department
Clerk of Circuit Court
General District Court
Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court
Social Services
Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority administrative offices
Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library
County recycling and waste collection sites
Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority Transfer Station and Recycling Center, located at 555 Authority Drive, Christiansburg, are open until noon on Monday, May 31.

Christiansburg: In observance of Memorial Day, Town Hall and the Aquatic and Recreation Centers will be closed on May 31. Solid waste normally collected on Mondays will be collected on Friday, May 28, along with Friday’s regular collection.
