Megan Roschelli Promotion
Coldwell Banker Townside, REALTORS® is excited to announce that Megan Roschelli has been promoted to Managing Broker for their Blacksburg and Pearisburg offices.
Roschelli has been licensed in real estate since 2011, originally launching her career in Houston, Texas, before returning home to the New River Valley (NRV) in 2013. Having grown up in Christiansburg, she brings both local perspective and firsthand relocation experience in how she leads and supports agents and clients.
Initially joining Coldwell Banker Townside, REALTORS® in 2013, Roschelli shortly thereafter earned her broker’s license in 2017. In addition to being an experienced agent, she is a dedicated leader in the NRV community: having served on the boards of the NRV Association of Realtors and the Montgomery County Christmas Store, and graduated from the Montgomery County Chamber Leadership Academy.
Roschelli’s prior experience before her real estate career built a strong foundation in learning and development as a regional training manager for a telecommunications company, overseeing the Southwest U.S. division. She also held leadership roles spanning customer service, executive resolution, and project management—experience that shaped her practical, systems-minded approach to coaching, problem-solving, and accountability.
Now serving as Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Townside’s NRV operations, Megan Roschelli combines real-world transaction knowledge with a people-first leadership style focused on clear expectations, strong ethics, and steady support. Real estate has been a rewarding and meaningful career for her, and she’s passionate about helping others start – and succeed – on their own path in this business.
