McCroskey, Bonita Mitcham

Bonita Mitcham McCroskey, age 76, of Blacksburg, Virginia died, Friday, March 22, 2024. She was born in Giles County, Virginia on September 14, 1947, to the late Erie A. and Lillie Hare Smith.

She was also preceded in death by her husbands Clyde Mitcham and Tommy McCroskey; three sisters Linda Radford, Judy Raines, Margaret Price; five brothers Calvin, Keasy, Erie, Donald, and Jerry Smith.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Andy Grubb (Connie Amos), Jason Mitcham (Brittany), David Mitcham (Lori), Jimmy Mitcham (Bridget), Bobby Mitcham (Rhonda); 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Logan Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm before the service on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060.
