Lytton, Jo Ann Sowers

Jo Ann Sowers Lytton passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026, at the age of 79. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Jo Ann lived in Christiansburg, VA, all her life where she built a life centered on family and friendship.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband Larry Lytton, her son Dwayne (Judy) Price, her grandsons Darren (Hannah) Price, Michael (Sarah) Price; granddaughters Samantha (Ethan) Thompson, Sydney Price. Stepson Chris (Becky) Lytton, stepdaughter Stephanie (Troy) Phillips and grandsons Brandon, Logan and Jordan Lytton and granddaughter Kaylee. Her sister Shirley Sowers and brother Dennis Sowers and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son Todd Price, her mother Gertrude Sowers, father Paul Sowers, sister Sylvia Sowers and brother Danny Sowers.

Jo Ann’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
