Labor Day Closings & Schedules
MONTGOMERY COUNTY:
Blacksburg: On Monday, September 5, the following schedules will be in place for the Labor Day holiday:
All town administrative offices will be closed.
The Blacksburg Community Center & Aquatic Center will be closed.
There will be no trash pickup in the SE quadrant.
Trash pickup for the SE quadrant will be on Wednesday, September 7.
Please have all trash at the curb by 7am.
Blacksburg Transit will be operating on intermediate service schedule.
Blacksburg Transit offices will be closed.
Christiansburg: In observance of Labor Day, Town facilities including the Aquatic and Parks and Recreation Centers, will be closed Monday, September 5.
Solid waste and recycling normally collected on Mondays will be collected Tuesday, September 6, along with Tuesday’s regular collection.
PULASKI COUNTY:
Dublin: Dublin Town Offices will be closed Monday, September 5th. Garbage scheduled for pickup on Monday, September 5th will be picked up on Tuesday, September 6th.
RADFORD: Solid Waste Collection scheduled for Monday will be picked up on Tuesday. Please have trash ready by 7:30 am. Drop Centers are closed on Monday, September 5th.
The Radford Parks & Recreation Offices and the Radford Senior Center Office will be CLOSED ALL DAY on Monday September 5th in observance of Labor Day.
The Radford Recreation Center will be OPEN regular schedule.
GILES COUNTY:
Pearisburg Town Office will be closed Monday, September 5th.
