Kincer, Deborah Kidd

Deborah Sue Kidd Kincer, age 68 of Dublin passed away Sunday, March 29, 2026 at the Pulaski Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born July 8, 1957 in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late Donald & Edna Burcham Kidd.

She is survived by her

Daughters – Cindy Lee (Tony) Warden – Pulaski, Tammy Lynn (John Aaron) Farmer – Pulaski

Grandchildren – Travis Lee (India) Warden, Dakota Ryan Donaldson, Cassandra Louise Warden, James Everett Blevins

Great Grandchildren – Kari, Tayen and Hera, Thomas and Cirilla

Sisters – Brenda Rupe – Pulaski, Kathy Gravley – Pulaski, Glenna McCroskey – Blacksburg

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Thursday, April 2, 2026 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Delores Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time Thursday at the Funeral Home.
