Jimenez, Helen Armstrong

Helen Armstrong Jimenez of Blacksburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025 at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Julio Jimenez, her parents Fred Harley Armstrong and Gertrude Fries Armstrong, sister Mary B. Dietz and son-in-law J. Reese Voshell Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Evelyn Machingo of Menlo, Georgia and Trisha Voshell of Floyd; her granddaughters, Tessie Albert of Blacksburg and Stephanie Voshell of Floyd; and her brother, Fred Armstrong and his wife Bettie of Houston, Texas. She lived a full life and had many travel adventures with Julio and her family. She will be missed by all, but we are happy for her to be reunited with Julio.
