Inorganic Ventures Leadership Appointments
Inorganic Ventures today announced the appointments of Amanda Miller to Head of Product Strategy and Courtney Gibson as Customer Experience Manager.
As head of product strategy, Miller works directly with corporate leadership to develop long-term strategic plans for current and future product lines that meet customers’ needs and changing environments. She leads cross-functional product planning efforts with clients to understand their business goals, conduct research, initiate and oversee new product recommendations, and review product performance.
Miller brings over 20 years of business management experience to Inorganic Ventures. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales and Marketing for KlariVis headquartered Roanoke, Virginia, and as Product Line Manager for Medeco in Salem, Virginia. Miller holds both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University.
As Customer Experience Manger, Gibson oversees a team of Customer Experience Representatives with responsibility for consumer relationship building, fostering customer loyalty through high-quality interactions, and improving overall user satisfaction.
Prior to joining Inorganic Ventures, Gibson served as an Outside Sales Representative for Cintas Corporation in Bedford and as Business Account Manager for Verizon Wireless in Roanoke. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Communication Studies and Spanish from Roanoke College.
