Griffith: FBI Must Explain Raid on Mar-a-Lago
Congressman Morgan Griffith issued the following statement regarding the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raid on former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence:
“Raiding the home of a former president of the United States is an extraordinary action. The FBI and Department of Justice must offer an explanation immediately. Attorney General Garland and Director Wray cannot expect that Americans kept in the dark about their unprecedented choice will retain any faith in their impartiality.”

I personally have been very disappointed with those republican’s that have supported Trump when knowing that he was in the wrong so many times. I want a government that governors not kiss ass, not to line their pockets. I want a government that thinks of the American people not just what they can gain. I sorry to say but this is being seen on both sides of the party. I want a government that will reach across and come to an agreements that would be the best for the American people. Isn’t that the reason they are there.? How can anyone American people and politicians look at what happen on Jan. 6 and say it was just good people. NO! they harmed police officers. They had weapons and to know there was certain individuals that helped this happen and pushed for it to continue.. Those involved should be removed from office, Trump needs to pay for his part in it. No-one should be above the law.

This American disagrees that Trump is above the law. The FBI should explain for transparency only. Has Trump explained why he stole classified material? He had already been asked to return the items. 15 boxes were returned after months. He hasn’t returned the rest. Why did he take it and then hold it after being asked to return it? People have gone to jail for these types of materials being mishandled. Trump and his boot lickers do not think rules apply to him.
Has Trump explained why he is hosting Saudi Arabia backed golf tournaments? Has Trump or the RNC explained why they are paying his legal bills from campaign donations? Has Jared Kushner explained why Saudi Prince gave him $2 Billion dollars? All of this feigned outage.
Duly signed search warrants are performed daily. The party of law and order are only for law and order when it is Hilary Clinton, Hunter Biden, same-sex people marrying or a woman who wants an abortion.
The Sedition Chaos Caucus voted against Veterans getting expanded healthcare, capping insulin at $35, allowing Medicare to negotiate lower drug prices, no on increasing minimum wage, etc. Just look up how Griffith has voted and what bills he has written when he voted No.
