Turn Your Radio On for Season 13! The Floyd Radio Show is an old-timey variety show with original radio plays, comedy bits, ads, jingles, music and more, hosted by Kelley Breiding. Celebrating old time and traditional music with people and communities where music is played and enjoyed in its authentic and purest forms. The show is rooted in Floyd, VA where a musical and artistic community provides endless inspiration for the show, which appears live at the Floyd Country Store 4 times over the 2025-2026 season. October 4, 2025, December 6, 2025, February 7, 2026 and April 4, 2026!

2025 IBMA Momentum Award Winners – The Burnett Sisters Band!
Siblings Anissa, Sophia, and Anneli from Boone, NC along with Geary Allen from Minster, England are all gifted multi-instrumentalists who are well-loved in the traditional music circuit. The band brings an exciting energy and modern flair to each performance, while remaining true to the traditional roots of the genre.
Up Jumped Trouble are an old-time string band from Southwest Virginia that blends Appalachian fiddle music with classic country songs. They bring a hard driving, old-time sound that’s sure to get your toe tapping! Featuring the fiddling of Raistlin Brabson along with banjoist Margo MacSweeney, and guitarist Jared Boyd.
Renowned acoustic blues guitarist, singer / songwriter and historian Scott Ainslie’s roots are deep. He learned southern old-time ballads, banjo and fiddle from senior musicians in North Carolina and West Virginia and blues from his black elders in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia and Mississippi.
