WHERE…Portions of North Carolina, including the following counties, Surry and Wilkes and southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Carroll, Floyd, Grayson and Patrick.

WHEN…Through Wednesday morning.

IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – Periods of moderate to occasionally heavy rain will fall today through Wednesday morning. Additional rainfall totals are expected to range from 1 to locally 2 inches.
