WHEN…Through Wednesday morning.

IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – Periods of moderate to occasionally heavy rain will fall today through Wednesday morning. Additional rainfall totals are expected to range from 1 to locally 2 inches.
