Draper, John Bradley 4John Bradley Draper, 48, of Dublin, VA, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 9, 2023. He was born on May 19, 1974 in Pulaski, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest Sanford Draper & Mary Lou Avilla Draper and his sister-in-law, Stephanie Draper.

Brad leaves behind his loving children, Chasity Lane Draper and her fiancé, Dale Spencer and John David (“JD”) Sutphin and fiancée Taylor Parmalee; his granddaughter, Aleka Spencer; his lovingly devoted girlfriend, Crystal G. Albert; his brothers & sisters-in-law, Danny Draper, James & Patricia Draper, Clovis & Dawn Draper, Abe & Cheryl Draper and Ernie & Cathy Draper; his sisters & brother-in-law, Phyllis & Bud Dalton and Leslie Draper; 17 nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Brad loved to draw and he could fix just about anything. He enjoyed being with his family with whom he cherished. He loved listening to music and taking long rides in the country. He was always very happy around his fire pit after a long day.

Brad gave his heart to Jesus last March at New Beginning Community Church in Bluefield, WV. He is at peace and safe in the arms of Jesus.

Per his wishes, Brad has been cremated. A memorial celebration of Brad’s life will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at New Village Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Kathy Higgs officiating.

Brad’s family would like to thank Pastor Kathy Higgs for all of her prayers and kindness and to A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home for taking such good care of Brad.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Brad’s honor directly to A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, 2508 Walkers Creek Valley Rd., Pearisburg, VA 24134, to help offset his funeral expenses.
