Craighead, Faye Harvey

Faye Harvey Craighead, 89, of Blacksburg, Virginia, died Saturday, March 2, 2024. She was born in Newport Virginia on April 19, 1934, to the late Charles and Irma Bowles Harvey. She was also preceded in death by her husband Carl Leroy Craighead; siblings Jim Harvey, Jack Harvey, Garry Harvey, Mike Harvey, Charles Harvey, Freida Price, and Vivian Link.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Brenda and Charles Taylor; son and daughter-in-law Stephen and Norma Craighead; sister Lois Genevieve Price, grandchildren Brian Price (Allison) and Sabrina Price (Rocky); great-grandchildren Chance and Cole.

A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:30 pm Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at McCoy Funeral Home 150 Country Club Drive SW, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060.
