Caregiver Seminars

Commonwealth Senior Living at Christiansburg and Commonwealth Senior Living at Radford will be hosting two free seminars in October and November. The seminars, Creating a Season of Joy as a Caregiver, will provide tips and tools on managing guilt associated with caregiving.

When you’re responsible for the wellbeing of an elderly loved one, you may find yourself faced with making difficult decisions about their healthcare or choosing to move Mom or Dad into a senior living community. As the holidays approach, you may worry about having enough time for them, let alone yourself. Situations like these can put a strain on relationships and feelings of guilt can arise.
