Burnett, Rachael Nicole

After a courageous and hard fought battle, Rachael Nicole Burnett’s spirit took flight from this world on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael V. Burnett; and paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Mary Frances (buggy) Burnett.

Rachael was smart, witty and had a keen sense of humor. She possessed a beautiful and magnetic smile. She seldom met a stranger and always had just one more question. Often her conversations ended with “I love you”.

Her greatest accomplishments were her dearly loved children who provided her with so much pride.

She is survived by her precious four children, Rylie and Blake Ratliff and Holden and Jameson Farley. A treasured part of Rachael shines in each of them.

She is also survived by her mother, Cheryl Lomascolo; sister, Lauren Lamascolo; grandmother, Esther Hart and grandfather, Joel (Emily) Hart, who will hold her close in their hearts forever. She is also loved and remembered by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 2024, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Services will begin at 12 p.m. with Rev. Robert Morris officiating. Interment will follow in the Appalachian Conference Cemetery in Dublin.
