Bolton, Liselotte Schug

Liselotte (Lilo) Schug Bolton, age 89, of Christiansburg, formerly of Red Hook, NY, died Tuesday, July 29, 2025. She was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on December 30, 1935, to the late August and Katharina Schug. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Larraine (Lori) Bolton and son-in-law, Mark Piechoski.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Crescent “George” Bolton, Sr.; son, Crescent “Chris” Bolton, Jr.; daughters and son-in-law, Loretta and Bill Baldasty, and Lynn Anne Piechoski; grandchildren, Rebecca, Miranda, and Corissa Baldasty, Madison (Elle) and Aleksander (Aleks) Piechoski.

She was a wonderful wife, mother, and homemaker for 67 years.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Spirit Catholic Church, with Father Anthony officiating. A private graveside will be held.
