Flinchum, Patty McKinney

Patty Lou Flinchum, 70, of Hiwassee, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2026. She was preceded in death by her father, Bernard McKinney.

Survivors include her husband, Richard C. Flinchum of Hiwassee; mother, Nora McKinney of Kentucky; daughter, Angela (Shawn) McCroskey of Pearisburg; son, Joseph Allen Keffer, Jr. of Pembroke; sisters, Scottie Neice of Pearisburg and Kay Anderson of Rocky Gap; grandchildren, Dillan and Kaitlyn; great grandson, Nathaniel; stepdaughter, Brandy Altizer (Josh) of Floyd; and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with Rev. Neil Wood officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
