Stafford, Hazel Rogers

Hazel Rogers Stafford of Valdosta, GA, formerly of Pearisburg, VA. went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 29, 2026, in Valdosta, GA. Hazel was born on July 21, 1936, in Montgomery County, VA and was a daughter of the late Luther Rogers and Nellie Linkous Rogers.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jackie Rogers and husbands Toodle Ray and Wallace Stafford.

She is survived by her son, Bill Ray (Nicki) of Valdosta, GA, sister, Mary Holland, brother, Garnet Rogers and was loved and cherished by 4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11am at the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg, VA.
