Afternoon storms will be capable of producing damaging winds and isolated tornadoes, with the best chance north of US-460. Flash flooding is possible through tonight where storms move over the same areas repeatedly, with the greatest chance in West Virginia, which is under a moderate risk (Level 3 of 4). Stay weather aware and have a way to receive warnings.
