Weather Outlook 7/26

After several days of quieter weather, the severe weather risk returns for the Eastern Piedmont as a disturbance moves through the area this evening. Scattered storms will be capable of producing isolated damaging wind gusts. A cold front approaches the area Monday night, bringing a severe storm and flash flooding risk. Tuesday looks to be the most active day, with an area-wide flooding/severe storm risk as a low pressure system develops and moves through.
