Marcus, Ann Helmhold

Ann Elyse Marcus, 82, of Dublin, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2026. She was retired from the Pulaski School System. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, James Alexander Helmbold, Jr. and Margaret Jean Lynch.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Richard Allen Marcus; sons, Mark David Marcus (Susan), Jeffrey Scott Marcus, and Steven Todd Marcus (Rose); grandchildren, David, Kevin, Jeremy, Jenna (fiancé Chance Martin); brothers, Richard “Rick” Helmbold (Sally) and James “Jack” Helmbold; poodles, Zoey and Baron; and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to your local humane society.
