Bean, Jr., Cecil Lloyd

Cecil Lloyd Bean Jr. passed away peacefully in his home in Pulaski on April 24, 2026 surrounded by his close family. Cecil was well known by many as he worked for security in 1992 and went on to drive a truck over the road for many years before becoming a CNA and caring for others in a nursing home.

Cecil was preceded in death by his grandparents, Father, Cecil Lloyd Bean Sr.; two grandchildren Dalton Marsh and Steven Meek II; and several aunts and uncles.

Survivors include his loving wife, Barbara Bean, mother, Carroll Dalton Bean; brother, Steven (Mary) Bean; aunt, Wilma; uncle, Raymond; four children, Ricci Locker, Alyssa (Joe) Marsh, Cheyenne (Steven) Meek, and Grant (Savanna) Bean; Several grandchildren, Tyler, Aaliyah, Daisha, Trace, Laylana, Troy, Hailynn, Easton, Athena, Jace, and Bella; three great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews and many other family and friends; and one special friend, Colleen Bentley.

The family will receive friends on Sunday May 3, 2026 from 1pm to 3pm, at Horne Funeral Home.

Cecil will be loved and missed by many.
