McDaniel, Nathan Lamar

Nathan Lamar McDaniel, 62 of the Big Stoney Creek Community in Ripplemead departed this life in the care of Lewis Gale Medical Center-Montgomery on March 10, 2026. Born June 18, 1963 in Mississippi he was a son of the late Ronnie and Rebecca Moon McDaniel.

In addition to his parents, Nathan is preceded in death by his daughter, Leslie Wooster and a sister.

Left to cherish his memory to their hearts are his beloved wife, Della McDaniel; daughters, Tiffany McDaniel and Tammy McDaniel and seven grandchildren.

Professionally, Nathan was a farmer enjoying all that the outdoors had to offer as he looked over the pasture. In addition, he enjoyed the challenge of casting a line to bring in what he could, whether a bass in the river or a trout in the stream. He also enjoyed the chance to pick up the cue stick in a game of pool, whether for a chance, for his skills, or for the challenges.
