Abbott, Timothy Robert

Timothy Robert Abbott, age 74 of Dublin, died early Sunday morning, September 28, 2025 at his residence. He was born in Liberty Township, Ohio on August 20, 1951 and was the son of Lillian Suzzane Thompson Abbott and the late Robert Orville Abbott.

He was a veteran of the United States Armed Forces having served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife: Caroline Kochtitzky Merritt Abbott of Dublin: mother: Lillian S. Thompson Abbott: two daughters; Rachel E. (Casey) Abbott-Hulbott of Madison, Wisconsin; Hannah B. (Michael) Abbott of Rochester, Minnesota: a sister; Tammy Mummey of Ohio. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Ione Hulbott, Azura Hulbott, Mirah Wollar, and Emersyn Wollar.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 17, 2025 at Seagle Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. There will be no formal service.
