7/19: Family Card Bingo

What? BINGO!
To support Volunteer Montgomery. All funds raised from BINGO will go into the Volunteer Montgomery Fundraising Pool. These funds are used throughout the year to support various projects that give back to the community and make sure our most vulnerable (and, dare I say, most valuable!) populations are taken care of. Some examples of these programs include:
– Scholarship programs for Montgomery County teens that intend to go into a volunteer field.
– Our Supplies for Seniors program. Occurring every January, Volunteer Montgomery purchases, bags, and delivers household supplies and hygiene items to homebound seniors and veterans throughout Montgomery County. We work with the NRV Local Area Agency on Aging as well as the Virginia Department of Veteran Services to identify folks who could use these items the most.
– Our Patriot Day Baskets. Every year we fill up baskets with all different types of goodies and deliver them to our local police and first responders.
– Plus so many more projects that we do throughout the year to support the local community!
**All ages welcome and encouraged, but children must be supervised.
When? July 19, 1-4pm
Where? Belmont Christian Church, 1500 Peppers Ferry Rd in Christiansburg
Who? YOU! And all of your friends!
How? $10 per ticket will get you in the door and get you your first BINGO card, which you will keep all night. Additional cards can be purchased at the door for $5 a piece.
Ticket donations are nonrefundable and can be made online at the link on the event page or in-person at the Volunteer Montgomery office during our office hours, 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday. We are located at 210 S Pepper St Suite D (lower level).
