Cyanotype photography: photo club meeting

Professional artist and photographer Dan Henderson of the Market Gallery in Roanoke will be the guest speaker at the Radford Photo Club’s Thursday, Oct. 17 meeting at 6 p.m. at the Radford Public Library.

Henderson will demonstrate the art of cyanotype photography. The first 20 participants will receive a “take home” opportunity to create their own masterpiece, and bring their work to the Photo Club meeting for competition in November.

The club’s photo theme for October will be landscape. There is also an open category.

The Radford Photo Club is made up of professional and amateur photographers from throughout the New River Valley. Meetings, events, and outings are open to the public.
