New Utility Billing Site for Christiansburg

This month the Town of Christiansburg will be launching a new utility billing website for customers to view bills, review usage and make payments. The current utility billing website will not be available after Oct. 14, 2024. The new utility billing website will be available by Oct. 25, 2024. This means online payments will not be accepted between Oct. 14-25, 2024. To make a utility payment, please do so before Oct. 14, or after Oct. 25. Traditional payment methods will still be accepted.

Bank Withdraw (EFT) Customers: No action is needed. Your information will transfer to the new system automatically.
Credit Card Recurring Payment Customers: You will need to register a new account through the new utility billing website, in order to make an October payment. Please do register between Oct. 25-31, 2024 to ensure payment is processed.

Please be sure that your mobile phone or email is on file and up to date with the Finance Department.

The Town will continue to give updates and timeframes as we transition to this new billing system. Prior to its launch, a link to the new utility pay site, and step by step instructions on how to register accounts will be provided on our website at www.christiansburg.org and on social media.
