WHERE…Portions of north central North Carolina, including the following area, Surry, Virginia, including the following areas, Alleghany VA, Amherst, Bath, Bedford, Bland, Botetourt, Carroll, Craig, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, Roanoke, Rockbridge and Wythe, and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Mercer and Monroe.
WHEN…Through Friday evening.
IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
