Possession of Child and Animal Pornography

On Thursday, June 13, 2024, officers with the Blacksburg Police Department, pursuant to an ongoing investigation, served a search warrant at a residence on Cardinal Court. During the search of the residence, officers located 26 year-old Elle Grace Harper, who was taken into custody.

Harper is charged with four counts of violating Virginia Code § 18.2-374.1:1, “Possession of Child Pornography,” and four counts of violating Virginia Code § 18.2-361.01, which prohibits possession of pornography involving sexual contact with an animal. Harper is being held in the Montgomery County Jail with no bond.
