Gardner, Nelva Wade

Nelva Wade Gardner, 93, of Floyd, Passed away on February 27, 2024. She was preceded in death by her son, Clyde Smythers; parents, Kyle & Ima Wade; brothers, Bruce Wade, Marvin Wade (Edith); stepson, Tommy Gardner.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Calvin Gardner; granddaughter, Erin Naiman (Jeff); great grandchildren, Kristina Naiman, Ryan Naiman; daughter-in-law, Becky Smythers; sister and brother-in-law, Betty Hower (Bob); stepson, Gerald Gardner (Cathi); Step grandchildren; Gracyn Gardner, Dylan King, Tristan King, along with numerous niece nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday March 2, 2024, at 12pm at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Varner officiating. Interment will follow at Jacksonville Cemetery. There will be a visitation two hours prior to service time.
