Memorial Day Closings

Memorial Day is Monday, May 29 and the following operating schedules will be in place:

BLACKSBURG

Town Offices: Town administrative offices will be closed.

Blacksburg Transit: There will be no BT service and BT offices will be closed.

Parks and Recreation: Blacksburg Community Center and Aquatic Center will be closed.

No Trash Pickup: No trash pickup in the SE quadrant. Pickup is will be Wednesday, May 31. Please have all trash at the curb by 7am.

CHRISTIANSBURG

Town of Christiansburg facilities, including the Aquatic and Recreation Centers, will be closed on Monday, May 29.

Solid waste and recycling normally collected on Mondays will be collected on Tuesday, May 30, along with Tuesday’s regular collection.
